Mr. Tim Meador is a committed professional with over 25 years of extensive domestic and international experience in manufacturing. He spent most of his career as a restructuring / turnaround professional working in the automobile, heavy truck, aerospace, and construction industries. He has held upper management positions responsible for profit and loss of multiple divisions throughout the United States, Mexico, and consulted in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Russia, and Czech Republic. He continually meets and surpasses client turnaround goals and objectives with his results-oriented, hands-on approach to operations management. Currently, Mr. Meador is the President/CEO of INCERTEC which is a Metal Finishing Company with two divisions located in Fridley, MN and Empalme, Sonora, Mexico.
Mr. Meador is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and holds a Master of Business Administration focused on leadership studies from Baker College. He also has acquired his Ph.D. in Organizational Management from Capella University (ABD).
